Alma Ernst
With over 30 years of experience in the electronic music industry, Alma Ernst has cemented her reputation as a pioneer in artist booking, management, and public relations. As the founder of Backroom Entertainment in 1994, she managed a team of 15 and represented over 60 artists, including Âme, KiNK, Metro Area, and Todd Terje.
After closing the agency in 2019, Alma brought her expertise to LittleBig Music Agency, where she continues as a senior agent representing some of electronic music's most influential artists. Her diverse experience across all stages of an artist's career makes her one of the most grounded voices in the industry.
At quietLoud, Alma leads the Become an Agent course, drawing on three decades of lived experience to teach the craft of booking as it actually works.
